Quality Defects, Damage, or Wrong Item Received:

If you get a product with quality issues, damage, or if you end up with the wrong item, we're sorry for any hassle. No worries, though – we're don’t mind hooking you up with a replacement. Just snap some clear pics of the issue and email them to our customer service team at within 7 days of getting your hands on the product. Once we check things out, we’ll email you back on the next steps.

Here's the deal: if your situation doesn't check those boxes, we won’t be able to issue a refund, exchange, or return. Why, you ask? Well, it's because everything is made on demand – no stockpiles here!
